Abstract
In this short essay, we demonstrate that the family community in the classical sense and marriage are eternal legal values. We should note that the role of life partners has undergone enormous changes in practice, but the importance of equal rights for life partners has not diminished. The Christian model can be a good moral basis for sensitising partners to equality and emphasising the importance of the quality of family life.
