Abstract
FÉSZEK REFORMED KINDERGARTEN SCHOOL, DEBRECEN, HUNGARY; ARCHITECTS: BÉLA BIRÓ, DÁNIEL FODOR, FERENC KÁLLAY and BÉLA NAGY The striking architectural design of a building often creates an intense first impression. Then, upon entering the door, walking around, getting to know the building better, the experience can strengthen, fine-tune, or even significantly fortify this first impression. This was the intent when four architects from Debrecen designed this kindergarten in their hometown, a fairy tale like reinvention of the stereotypical house into a comfortable environment for children.
