Abstract
Napjainkban kevesen kérdőjeleznék meg a humántőke kulcsfontosságú szerepét a gazdasági növekedés előremozdítása szempontjából. Jelen tanulmány célja, hogy bemutassa – Kopátsy Sándor megközelítésének segítségével – a kapcsolódó szakirodalom álláspontját és legfontosabb eredményeit, így gondozva a magyar közgazdász hagyatékát. Az eredmények igazolják Kopátsy meglátásainak érvényességét, rávilágítva a téma összetettségére. = Nowadays few people would question the key role of human capital in promoting economic growth. The aim of this paper is to present – with the help of Sándor Kopátsy’s approach – the standpoint of the related literature, along with its most important findings, thus cultivating the legacy of the Hungarian economist. The results confirm the validity of Kopátsy’s point of view, pointing out the complexity of the topic.
