Abstract

Megmutattuk, hogy a vékony drótokban mért nemegyensúlyi elektron eloszlás mágneses szennyezők jelenlétében jól magyarázható egy konstans, ám megnövekedett, feszültségfüggő csatolással. A hibridizáció impulzusfüggését is figyelembe véve megismételtük a felületi anizotrópia korábbi számolását, s oszcilláló, 1/d^3-ös anizotrópiát kaptunk. Megvizsgáltuk a pontkontaktusokban helyet foglaló H atomokon való elektron szórást. A numerikus renormálási csoport (NRG) eljárást továbbfejlesztettük, számos új esetben lehetővé téve a dinamikus szennyezések nemperturbatív kezelését (pl. Kondo árnyékolási felhő hely- és hőmérsékletfüggése). Különböző kvantum pötty rendszerek vezetőképességét vizsgáltuk, az azóta elvégzett kísérletekkel jó egyezést kaptunk. Összehasonlító számításokat végeztünk a kölcsönható rezonáns nívó ill. a Kondo modellben (pl. bozonizáció, NRG, ill. Anderson-Yuval módszerrel), a nemegyensúlyi kiterjesztés érdekében. A potenciális alkalmazások (pl. spin-szelep) által motiválva Hubbard típusú molekulaláncok vezetési tulajdonságait vizsgáltuk egzakt számításokkal. Elméleti vizsgálatokat folytattunk grafénnel kombinált rendszerekben (pl. spektrum, differenciális hatáskeresztmetszet, kausztika vizsgálata). | We showed that the nonequilibrium electron distribution function measured in thin wires, in presence of magnetic imputities can be well explained by a constant, but increased and voltage dependent coupling. Taking into account momentum dependence in the hybridization we repeated the calculation of the surface magnetic anisotropy leading to oscillating, ~1/d^3 anisotropy. Examining the STM spectra of magnetic adatoms we combined first the ab initio description of the substrate and the adatoms with the correct calculation of strong correlations. We presented an effective model for dephasing which can be easily applied also in larger samples. We examined the electron scattering on two-level systems formed by hydrogen in point contacts. We improved the Numerical Renormalization Group (NRG) method giving the possibility of nonperturbative treatment in several cases of dynamic impurities (e.g. the spatial and temperature dependence of the screening cloud). We examined the conductance of a large variety of quantum dot systems. We presented a comparative study of different theoretical methods (e.g. bosonization, NRG, Anderson-Yuval) on the interacting resonant level and the Kondo model in order to test the nonequilibrium extensions. Motivated by the possible applications (e.g. spin valve) we performed different exact calculations on Hubbard type molecular chains. We presented different theoretical calculations on graphene systems (e.g. spectrum, differential cross section, caustics).
