Abstract

Adott szárítási és bepárlási művelet instacioner viselkedésének tanulmanyozására készítettünk matematikai modellt. A modell tartalmazza az átadási tényezőket. A modell alapján készítettük el a szimulációs programcsomagot. A szimulációs programmal folyamat optimálási, paraméter identifikálási feladatokat lehet végezni. Mérési módszert dolgoztunk ki a száradási görbe, zsugorodás és a nyomásveszteség monitorozására.Adatfeldolgozó szoftvert fejlesztettünk, amely a transzporttényezők meghatározását teszi lehetővé. | For the description of simultaneous heat and mass transfer in the drier and evaporator, a mathematical model was created for investigation the influence of the operating parameters. A simulation program package was developed for solving mathematical model. The model contains heat and mass transfer coefficients, the types of equilibrium moisture content. For the the given model the heat and mass transport coefficients have been determined by off-line parameter identification. We developed a data processing software which can be fitted to the measuring tasks for pilot plat dryers and the evaporator.
