Abstract

Az enchytraeidák (Oligochaeta) a mezofauna fontos csoportját alkotják, de a hazai faunát tekintve még mindig sok a tennivaló. A célt, a magyar fauna megismerését, állatföldrajzi helyzetének felmérését, 2000 óta 3 elnyert, egymásra épülő OTKA pályázat támogatásával kívánom elérni. Az első lehetővé tette az É-Középhegység kutatását, a második 2005-2009 közt, a Dunántúli-Középhegység, a Mecsek és a Villányi hegység vizsgálatát, 2009-ben elnyert pályázat pedig a síkvidéki erdőkét és gyepekét. A Bakony, Gerecse, Vértes, Mecsek és a Villányi hegységekből 74 fajt (12 genus) mutattam ki, 9 tudományra új faj került elő és 6 faj új a magyar faunára. Ezenkívül faunára új 2 terresztrikus polychaetát is kimutattam. Az összes enchytraeida-adat új a területre nézve. Az Északi-Középhegység kutatási eredményeivel együtt most már 92 fajt ismerünk a hazai hegyek faunájából. Az új fajok közül 4 már publikálva lett, további 4 cikk taxonrevíziókkal és új fajok leírásával elkészítés alatt van. .Az új fajok leírásához és a taxonómiai problémák megoldásához DNS szekvenálást is végzünk, amellyel számtalan taxonómiai problémát oldottunk meg sikeresen. Ezekről és egyes morfológiai bélyegek újabb jelentőségéről 4 nemzetközi szimpóziumon számoltunk be, és részben publikáltuk is. Összehasonlítottuk a hegyek faunáját és clasteranalizissel vizsgáltuk az egyes biotopok fajösszetételét, de pontos biogeográfiai értékelés további hazai faunafeltárások után lehetséges. | Enchytraeids are an important group in the mesofauna but considering the Hungarian fauna there is much remains to be done. My intention is to explore the Hungarian fauna and appraise the zoogeographical position of this group. I demand to reach this goal with the support of 3 OTKA fundation what I have gained since 2000. The investigation of the Northern Mountain Range, the Transdanubian Mountains, Mecsek and Villány mountains was carried out until now. In 2009 the exploration of flatland forests and grasslands has started. 74 species from 12 genera were detected from Bakony, Gerecse, Vértes, Mecsek and Villány mountains. 9 species were new to science and 6 species were new to the Hungarian fauna. In addition 2 terrestrial Polychate were found, new to the Hungarian fauna as well. All data of enchytraeids is new to this area. Due to my research in the Northern Mountain Range 92 species are known from the fauna of Hungarian mountains. 4 new species were published and further 4 publications with revisions and new species descriptions are in progress. The determination of the new species was based on DNA sequencing as well: several problem were solved successfully. These results were presented at four international congress and most of them were published. Comparison of the mountain fauna was made and the species composition was accessed by cluster analysis in the biotops. However, accurate biogeographical analysis can be done after the complete faunistical examination.
