Abstract

The necessity for the state support of animal husbandry is important in market conditions. It is associated with unique characteristics, which are typical for this branch, its place and its importance for providing the food safety. The development of the branch is in difficult situation, which is resulted by the negative factors influence related to the instability of the external and internal environment. Consequently, there is a need to extend the researches related to an increase of state role and its importance in regulating of an economic process in attempt to prevent the possibility of a crisis and to assist a stable development of the livestock sector for a long period.
