Abstract

A négyéves kutatás során a kutatási team regionális szakmai munkamegbeszélések megszervezésével mérte fel a szakemberek ismereteit a helyreállító igazságszolgáltatás ismertségéről. A kutatás során 3 empirikus kutatást végeztünk: 1.) fiatalkorú bűnelkövetők körében mértük fel, hogy hajlandók lennének-e az okozott kár helyreállítására, 2.) 1200 fős lakossági mintán és 3.) 512 jogi végzettségű ügyészségi munkatárs körében mértük fel, hogy mit gondolnak a RJ eszközeiről és a büntető igazságszolgáltatás feladatairól. A kutatás eredményeit 11 publikációban hasznosítottuk. | The researchers organized several workshops during the first year of the research project for testing the knowledge base of the participating professionals (e.g. judges, public prosecutors, policemen, probation officers) about restorative justice. We conducted three empirical researches meanwhile: 1.) we tested the willingness of reparation among young offenders in reformatory schools or under probation period 2.) we tested the citizens? attitude in a representative sample of 1200 respondents concerning restorative justice and the aims and tasks of criminal justice system, and 3.) we tested the attitudes in a non-representative sample of 512 law enforcement professionals? (public prosecutors and clerks) concerning restorative justice. The results of the research project have been disseminated in 11 publications.
