Abstract

Jelen cikk a lakótelepek térproblémáit a városépítészet szemszögéből foglalja össze: a lakótelepek telepítésének, identitásának, a hely szellemének kérdéseit; a különböző szintű infrastrukturális hiányosságokat; a tulajdonjogi és telekalakítási helyzetet; a közterek állapotát és rendszereivel kapcsolatos problémákat. Az elemzés Rab Judit PhD kutatási munkájának része, amely a budapesti panellakótelepek rehabilitációját, ezen belül elsősorban azok köztereinek, térszerkezetének megújítási lehetőségeit vizsgálja. A kutatás első része a lakótelepek rövid történeti áttekintésével, egy térszervezés-vizsgálatra alapozott tipológia felállításával, valamint a lakótelepek szociológiai, városépítészeti, építési-építészeti szempontok szerinti kritikai elemzésével foglalkozik. A második szakasz a lakótelepeken megtalálható külső terek típusait veszi számba, elemzi ezeket, illetve az ezen elemekből összeálló térrendszert vizsgálja. A harmadik szakasz a lakótelepek megújulási lehetőségeivel foglalkozik, illetve a komplex rehabilitáció kérdésében fogalmaz meg ajánlásokat. | This article is a summary of the prefabricated housing complexes’ problems from the aspect of urbanism. It is about the questions of identity, genius loci, and setting of the blocks; it resumes the different flaws of the infrastructure, the changing ownership and the parcel’s situation; it points out the current state and structural problems of the public spaces in these prefabricated complexes. It is part of Judit Rab’s on going Ph.D research about the rehabilitation of prefabricated housing complexes in Budapest, more specifically the renewal of their public spaces and spatial structures. The first phase works on a short historical review of the prefabricated blocks, a prefabricated housing complex typology based on spatial structure analysis, and a critical review of the housing complexes from the aspects of sociology, urbanism, construction and architecture. The second phase is about the typology and enquiry of the different space situations on a housing complexe, and analyze the spatial system that these elements are forming. The third phase works on the different possibilities of the renewal of these housing complexes and suggests directions towards their spatially complex rehabilitation.
