Abstract

A pályázat célja az volt, hogy az eddigi kutatások áttekintésével, a források újraolvasásával és a kutatásban kevésbé figyelembe vett források alapján jobban föltárja a késő középkori közép-európai eretnekségek közötti kölcsönhatásokat és társadalmi hátterüket. Sikerült az ausztriai valdens csoportok hálózatát jobban feltérképezni és kimutatni kötődésüket nyugat-magyarországi társaikkal, továbbá jelenlétüket Nagyszombatban. A cseh huszitizmus radikális irányzatáról megállapítható, hogy a chiliasztikus eszmék megkülönböztető jegyüket alkotják, amelyek a cseh területeken kívüli huszitáknál nem jelentkeznek. Sikerült azonosítani az egyes területeken jelentkező eretnekségek eltérő társadalmi hátterét. Az eretnekség Csehországban szinte az egész társadalom vallásos életét meghatározta, és a társadalmi ellentétek benne, a az egyes irányzatok konfliktusaiban jelennek meg. A valdens eretnekség Ausztriában, Lengyelországban és Magyarországon városi és tehetős paraszti csoportokban jelentkezik. A huszitizmus Lengyelországban főként nemesi környezetben és a krakkói egyetem köreiben jelent meg, míg Magyarországon a mezővárosi polgárság, továbbá a klérus alsó és középső rétegeiben. A kutatás eredményeinek felhasználásával készült el két kézirat: egy egyetemi használatra szánt forrásgyűjteményé, és egy, az európai eretnekségeket tárgyaló monográfiáé, amely bő terjedelemben foglalkozik a közép-európai heterodox mozgalmakkal is. | The research aimed to examine the mutual effect and the social background of the heterodox movements in the Central Europe in the fourteenth and the fifteenth century, by means of the reinterpreting of the former researches and the sources. I managed to enlighten better the network of austrian valdesians, and to reveal their contacts with fellows in western Hungary, and the presence of these latters in Trnava (in actual Slovakia). It can be proved, that the millenarism was a special feature of the radical wing of the bohemian hussitism, wich lacked in the circles hussites in neighbouring countries. I succeed in specifying the social background of the heterodoxies in different territories. The valdesian groups in Austria, in Poland and in Hungary was present mainly in little towns and amoung the peasants of means. In Bohemia the heresy determined the religious life of nearly whole society, and the struggle of diverse wings represented several social conflicts as well. The hussitism in Poland was rooted chiefly in he circles of nobilty and of the university of Cracovia, while in Hungary amoung inhabitants of the boroughs and within the lower clergy. Utilizing these and other results I have prepared two manuscripts: one of an anthology for higher education, containing some sources of the european heterodox mouvements in Middle Ages, the other of a monography that concerns the history of the heresies, and deals in detail with their manifestations in Central Europe.
