Abstract
Working with an existing building's structure to create luxury housing is challenge for the investor and architects alike. Apart from the lifestyle questions, issues of technical enhancement must be met, better environmental engineering, modifications to supporting structures and investigating how to create elegant design solutions. All of this taking place on steep urban site where access is limited and demanding.
