Abstract
WINDWARD HOUSE, GLOUCESTERSHIRE, ENGLAND; ARCHITECT: ALISON BROOKS ARCHITECTS The combination of an existing farmhouse, new gallery spaces and a landscaping scheme create a place where art and history can be viewed in spaces that reflect their individual content. Where privacy is required, the residential part, has been relocated to a modern extension freeing up the old farmhouse as an exhibition space. Aside from the artworks collected, the building development itself works as a unification of architectural styles and installations.
