Abstract
Nowadays, generations and conflict situations between them are getting more and more emphasis. The present study - written from the point of view of a jurist - aims to point out a problem area that unfolds in a situation that affects our life or large parts of it, and this is none other than the “battlefield” of the employment relationship. In connection with this important area, the friction between generations is perhaps more obvious than anywhere else. It can develop both in the relationship between colleagues and employers-employees in subordinate positions. In the following, focusing mainly on the latter, we present the “generational turning points” that employers need to keep in mind in a given situation in order to define their business as truly capable of development.
