Abstract
A SULP-módszertan egy újfajta elemzési eszköz a szakma kezében, amivel a vizsgált telpülés és a hozzá kapcsolódó régió logisztikai áruszállítói rendszerét lehet elemezni több szempont alapján, amelyek közül kiemelkedik a fenntarthatóság. = The purpose of the SULPiTER project is to improve the mobility planning capacity of urban transport in the field of development and adoption of Sustainable Urban Logistics Plans (SULPs). The SULPiTER project, supported by the European Union, will be presented, with a particular focus on its development, and on the individual elements of the Sustainable Urban Logistic Plan (SULP) developed within the framework of the project. During the description of some elements of the SULP, the rules for creating Functional Urban Areas (FUA) and the methodology for calculating the Logistic Sustainability Index (LSI) are presented. = Der Zweck des SULPiTER-Projekts ist die Verbesserung der Mobilitätsplanungskapazität des städtischen Verkehrs im Bereich der Entwicklung und Annahme nachhaltiger städtischer Logistikpläne (SULP). Das von der Europäischen Union geförderte Projekt SULPiTER wird mit besonderem Augenmerk auf seine Entwicklung und einzelne Elemente des im Rahmen des Projekts entwickelten Sustainable Urban Logistic Plan (SULP) – Nachhaltiger Städtischer Logistikplan) vorgestellt. Bei der Beschreibung einiger Elemente des SULP werden die Regeln zur Gestaltung funktionaler städtischer Gebiete (Functional Urban Area - FUA) und die Methodik zur Berechnung des logistischen Nachhaltigkeitsindex (Logistic Sustainabilty Index - LSI) vorgestellt.
