Abstract

A Covid-19-pandémia során több pszichiátriai kórkép vált gyakoribbá, a többi között az evészavarok esetében is. Növekedett az anorexia nervosa és a bulimia nervosa, valamint egyéb evészavartünetek incidenciája. Emellett súlyosbodtak a tünetek és nagyobb lett a relapszus aránya is. Mindezek hátterében a következô tényezôk szerepelhetnek: megváltozott az étel elérhetôsége; fokozódott a félelem az elhízástól, hangsúlyossá vált a közösségi média és egyes internetes oldalak szerepe az izoláció következtében, kifejezettebb lett a társas összehasonlítás; korlátozottak voltak a sportolási lehetôségek; növekedett a stresszkeltô életesemények hatása, például a családi feszültségeké. A pandémia mentális következményei a táplálkozási magatartás terén is a pszichoedukáció, az elsôdleges és másodlagos prevenció fontosságára hívják fel a figyelmet. = The COVID-19 pandemic increased the incidence of many mental disorders inclusive that of eating disorders as it was realised in case of anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and other eating disorders. As a result, eating disorder symptoms were worsening and the relapse rate became higher. In the back - ground the following factors may have played an important role: change in the food availability, increase of fearing weight gain, the impact of social media, some special webpages became more important in the light of social isolation, social comparison became more pronounced, exercise limitations, negative effects of stressful life events as the increase of family conflicts. The mental health consequences of pandemic highlight the importance of psychoeducation, primary and secondary prevention in the field of eating behaviours as well.
