Abstract

A reziliencia fogalma jelentős népszerűségre tett szert az antropológiai értelemezői, elemzői munkában az elmúlt két évtizedben. Mint minden analitikus eszköznek, úgy a reziliencia fogalmának is a megvilágító ereje mellett megvannak a maga korlátai. Ezekre a korlátokra szeretnék rámutatni tanulmányomban. A fogalom hatókörével és korlátaival kapcsolatos megjegyzéseimet három vizsgálati szempont köré csoportosítva fogalmazom meg. Elsőként általában az antropológia analitikus eszközeinek értékével kapcsolatban teszek fel kérdéseket, ezt követően a reziliencia fogalmának megvilágító erejét teszem mérlegre, végül pedig a fogalom megvilágító erejének erényeit és korlátait szembesítem azzal az etnográfiával, amelyet jól ismerek – az Északkelet-Szibériában élő szahák nagyjószágtartó gazdálkodásával. | The concept of resilience has gained considerable popularity in the work of anthropological interpreters and analysts in the last two decades. As with all analytical tools, the concept of resilience has its limitations in addition to its illuminating power. It is these limitations I would like to address in my study. My remarks on the scope and limitations of the concept are grouped around three aspects of investigation. First, I ask questions about the value of the analytical tools of anthropology in general, then I assess the illuminating power of the concept of resilience, and finally I contrast the virtues and limitations of the illuminating power of the concept with the ethnography that I know well – the animal husbandry of the Sakha living in Northeastern Siberia.
