Abstract

Magyarország sporttörvényének preambuluma szerint „a sport a közjó része, amely erősíti a közösség tagjainak egymáshoz tartozását, miként az egyén testi és lelki egészségét”. Ugyanakkor a törvény preambulumát olvasva – gyakorló biztonsági szakemberként – rögtön az egymáshoz tartozás élményének egyik lehetséges árnyoldala, a sportrendezvények rendjét oly sokszor megzavaró sporthuliganizmus kérdésköre ötlött eszünkbe. Egy olyan problémakör, amely egyaránt foglalkoztatja a tudományos világot, illetőleg a magán-és közbiztonsági szektor abban közvetlenül is érintett, jelentős létszámú szereplőit. Tanulmányunkban külföldi példák bemutatásával, a futballhuliganizmus elméleti és gyakorlati szemléletű elemzésével vizsgáljuk annak hátterét és vonunk le következtetéseket. According to the preamble of Hungary’s sports law, “sport is part of the common good, which strengthens the sense of belonging of the members of the community, as well as the physical and mental health of the individual”. However, reading the preamble of the law – as practising security professionals – we immediately thought of a possible downside to the experience of belonging together, the issue of sports hooliganism, which so often disrupts the order of sporting events. It is a problem that concerns both the academic world and the large number of private and public security players directly involved in it. In this study, the background of football hooliganism is examined and conclusions are drawn by presenting foreign examples and analysing them from a theoretical and practical perspective.
