Abstract

A posztmodern zsidó tradíción belül a zsidóság egyéni és közösségi felelőssége szorosan összekapcsolódott a tikun olam terminussal. A huszonegyedik századi diaszpórazsidóság vizsgálata esetén mindenképpen fontosnak tartom ennek a fogalomnak és annak tartalmának körüljárását. Munkám során a tikun olam-nak a zsidó politikákban betöltött helyét, valamint az egyéni, közösségi, vallási és világi felelősség kérdését vizsgáltam. Tanulmányom célja a tikun olam fogalomtörténetének bemutatása, koncentrálva a zsidó felelősség kérdésének huszonegyedik századi értelmezésére és a tikun-nak abban betöltött szerepére. | In postmodern Jewish tradition the responsibility of the Jewish people both on individual and public level is closely connected with the term of tikun olam. While researching Jewish diaspora in the 21st century I think it is of ultimate importance to thoroughly discover this concept and its contents. During my work, I assessed the position of tikun olam in Jewish politics, and the question of responsibility on the individual, communal, religious, and secular levels. My paper aims to introduce the history of the concept of tikun focusing on the representation of Jewish responsibility in the 21st century and the role of tikun olam in this matter.
