Abstract

Az ESG az Environmental (környezeti), Social (társadalmi) és Governance (irányítási) angol szavak rövidítése. Az ESG szempontrendszerre való reflektálás nem pusztán a nagyvállalatok sajátja, hiszen jól látható annak jelentősége a KKVszektor esetében is. A tanulmány egy workshop tudományos szintű ismertetése, amely során a szerzők három gyakorló szakértő bevonásával arra keresik a választ, hogy hogyan és miért lett a „fenntarthatóság” -ból ESG, melyik tényező a három aspektus közül a legfontosabb, mit hoz a jövő, mik az elvárások és várható trendek, valamint mire kell figyelni, illetve felkészülni nagy- és kisvállalatoknak és a beszállítói lánc tagjainak? A szakértői válaszok gyakorlati szempontokat és magas szintű megközelítéseket egyaránt felszínre hozva azt mutatják, hogy az ESG egyrészt átlátható riportokat, másrészt hatékony menedzsment eszközrendszert is biztosíthat a vállalatok számára. | ESG is an abbreviation of Environmental, Social and Governance. Reflecting on the criteria of ESG system is not only the property of large companies, as its importance is also clearly visible for the SME sector. This study is a scientific description of a workshop, during which the authors, with the involvement of three practicing experts, search for the answer to how and why "sustainability" became ESG, which factor is the most important of the three pillars, what the future brings, what are the expectations and the expected trends, as well as what large and small companies and different members of the supply chain need to pay attention to and prepare for? Bringing to the surface both practical aspects and high-level approaches, the expert answers show that ESG can provide companies with transparent reports on the one hand, and an efficient management tool system, on the other.
