Abstract

A kutatás célja a 2003-ban megjelent, Európai alkotmány- és parlamentarizmustörténet című könyv folytatásának elkészítése, a címben megjelölt téma tárgyalása a második világháborút követő időszakban. A kutatás eredményeként elkészült e kötet teljes kézirata. A kutatás eredményeként elkészült munka - tudomásom szerint nemzetközi mércével is - elsőként ad teljes és átfogó leírást és elemzést a második világháborút követő európai történelem alkotmányos intézményeinek fejlődéséről, egyrészt periodikus és földrajzi szempontok szerint, másrészt intézménytörténeti aspektusból. | The goal of the research was to prepare the second volume of the European constitutional history, published in 2003, dealing with the post-war period. As a result of the research, the whole manuscript of the planned book was prepared, and is forthcoming. The most important result, and the achievement of this research project is that the book will be the first which provides a comprehensive description and analysis on the development of the constitutional institutions in Europe after the Second World War. The constitutional history of the continent is elaborated from a periodic and geographic aspect, studying also the institutional trends and developments.
