Abstract

Szerző először a közlekedésgazdaságtan tudományrendszertani helyét vázolja a többi tudományok közt, bemutatja a közlekedésre vonatkozó gazdasági ismeretek történeti fejlődését és kifejti napjaink közlekedésgazdaságtanának problematikáját. A továbbiakban a közlekedésgazdaságtan legújabb fejlődési irányait elemzi, így a matematikai-statisztikai módszerek egyre fokozódó felhasználását (kitérve az ezzel összefüggő nehézségekre és veszélyekre is), a közlekedés mikro- és makrotartományaiban jelentkező, a technikai és gazdasági fejlődésből, a távlati tervezés igényeiből, a nemzetközi kapcsolatok bővüléséből adódó új igényeket és feladatokat fogalmazza meg. Befejezésül a közlekedéspolitika és közlekedésgazdaságtan legfontosabb összefüggéseivel, kölcsönhatásaival foglalkozik. A tanulmány kitér a magyarországi aktuális feladatokra is, amelyek az új gazdaságirányítási rendszer bevezetéséből és az Országgyűlés által is elfogadott közlekedéspolitikai koncepcióból következnek. | Author outlines in the first place the position of transport economics in the system of sciences among the other sciences, presents the history of development of economic knowledge related to the transport and explains the problems of the science of transport economy of our days. Further, he analyzes the latest trends of development of the economics of transport, the increasing utilization of the mathematical-statistical methods (including the inherent implications and dangers), defines the new requirements and problems presenting themselves in the micro and macro ranges of the transport raised by the technical and economic development, claims of the long-range planning and by extending international relations. Finally he treats of the most important connections and interactions between the transport policy and transport economy. The timely problems of transport in Hungary are exposed which follow from the adoption of the new guidance in national economy and transport policy conception, also adopted by the national assembly.
