Abstract

A tanulmány egy nagyobb kutatás részeredményeit felhasználva azt elemzi, hogy a társadalmi mobilitás útját járó fiatalok a felsőoktatási előrehaladás időszakában miként kapcsolták össze az informális (családi, baráti) és formális (iskolai) tanulásukat, tudásukat. Vizsgálatunk egy nonformális tanulási térként értelmezett inkluzív kortársközösség (roma szakkollégium) volt hallgatói körében zajlott. A szakkollégisták életútinterjúiban (N = 50) a közösség saját fizikai tere, a kortárscsoport közösségi élményekbe ágyazott tevékenységei, valamint az egyetemi oktatók és más segítők partneri szerepben jelentek meg kiugróan. A visszaemlékezések arra utalnak, hogy a szakkollégium mint nonformális közösség „hídszerepet” töltött be az otthoni és egyetemi élet között. | Using the partial results of a larger research, the study analyses how young people on the path of social mobility connected their informal (family, friends) and formal (school) learning and knowledge during the period of higher education progress. Our survey was carried out among former students of an inclusive peer community (a Roma student college) interpreted as a non-formal learning space. In the life course interviews (N = 50), the community’s own physical space, the activities of the peer group embedded in community experiences, and the university lecturers and other helpers in a partner role appeared prominently. The reminiscences indicate that the Roma student college, as a non-formal community, played a “bridge role” between home and university life.
