Abstract

A mű a technicizált dehumanizáció aktuális állapotát tekinti át, amelynek az a sajátossága, hogy jogi, üzleti, technológiai és ideológiai irányból is megtámogatott érdekek és szabadságok maradéktalan megvalósítása érdekében egy bizonyos, önmagáért kiállni képtelen embercsoport emberi mivoltának szélsőséges megtagadása, elvetése, valami mással való felváltása történik meg. A mű lényegében ezt a cseretranzakciót szemlélteti az abortusz, az eutanázia, az emberkereskedelem, a béranyaság, az autonóm fegyverrendszerek, a szoftverszemély és az egyéb nem humán entitások személlyé nyilvánítása területén. A példák sora nem lezárt, ugyanakkor ma már kellő empirikus ismeretanyag áll rendelkezésre annak az állításnak az alátámasztására, hogy ezek nem elszigetelt jelenségek, hanem egy olyan jelenségegyüttes, amelynek egyes elemeit az köti össze, hogy az emberi minőség megtartása már középtávon is lényegesen nagyobb egyéni és közösségi erőforrásokat fog igénybe venni, mint ahogyan a társadalom túlnyomó része ezt ma véli. | The paper gives an overview on the current status of technicized dehumanization typified by certain interests and liberties entirely enhanced by legal, market, technological and ideological means on one hand but on the other hand to the detriment of a group which is incapable of standing up for itself while being categorically disapproved, denied of existence , and replaced with something else in its humanness . The paper essentially displays this trade-off by the examples of abortion, euthanasia, human trafficking, surrogacy, autonomous weapon system, the issue of the softwareperson, and the personification of other non-human entities. Although the series of the examples is not closed yet, there are ample evidence to substantiate the proposition that these are not isolated incidences but a unified set of phenomena the elements of which are connected by the projection that sustaining the human quality is expected to absorb decisively vaster individual and collective resources that most of the ordinary society may assume.
