Abstract
Research areas related to career motivations in social work currently do not truly capture societal interest, despite numerous sociological surveys in recent decades highlighting the demographic characteristics of population aging and the alarmingly low number of skilled professionals employed in the social sector. The content value of the study published by the author emphasizes that preventive intervention processes could potentially reduce the current levels of turnover observed within the social sector and the educational system of social work in the long term.
