Abstract

Illik Péter tanulmánya a Szent Korona-eszme jelenlétét és formálódását vizsgálja a hazai közoktatásban a 19. századtól napjainkig. Elemzésének forrásanyaga a hazai tankönyvek és az Adt Arcanum Plus adatbázisban található iskolai értesítők korpusza. A tanulmány egy tananyagtartalmi vizsgálat, amely nem foglalkozik a szövegek külső jogi szabályozóival és a közoktatási rendszer változásaival. Célkitűzése az, hogy bemutassa, hogy a különböző történeti korszakokban (1867 előtt, Dualizmus, Horthy-korszak, szocializmus, 1989 után) miként változott a Szent Korona-eszméről alkotott narratíva. A tanulmány egyik – a kutatás során igazolódott – előfeltevése az volt, hogy a szocialista korszak oktatásában (1945–1989) nincs, vagy csak a korábbiaktól jelentősen eltérő kontextusban van jelen a Szent Korona-eszme. | Péter Illik’s study examines the presence and formation of theidea of the Holy Crown in Hungarian public education from the 19th centuryto the present. The source material for his analysis is the corpus of Hungariantextbooks and school yearbooks in the Adt Arcanum Plus database. The studyis a curriculum content analysis, which does not deal with the external legal regulation of texts and changes in the public education system. Its aim is to showhow the narrative of the Holy Crown has changed in different historical periods(pre-1867, Dualism, Horthy era, socialism, after 1989). One of the fundamentalassumptions of the study was that in the education of the socialist era (1945–1989), the idea of the Holy Crown was absent or was present in a context that issignificantly different from the previous ones.
