Abstract

A cikk első része 1936-tól részletesen áttekinti és bemutatja a magyar páncélos erők szervezetét, a magyar páncélos fegyvernem kialakulását és fejlődését a Gyorshadtest Szovjetunió elleni alkalmazásáig. Kitekint a kor magyar gazdaságára, technikájára, hadiiparára, beszerzési irányelveire is. A cikk második része 1941-től, már a konkrét harci tapasztalatok alapján vizsgálja a fejlesztési stratégiát és a Honvédség hadrendjének átalakítását. | The first part of the article reviews and describes in detail the organisation of the Hungarian armoured forces from 1936 onwards, the formation and development of the Hungarian armoured corps until the use of the Rapid Corps against the Soviet Union. It also looks at the Hungarian economy, technology, military industry and procurement policies of the time. The second part of the article examines the development strategy and the transformation of the Army's military order from 1941 onwards, based on concrete combat experience.
