Abstract

ARCHITECT: ATTILA BORSAY Developed as a conscious departure from oversized apartment complexes dominating the Balaton shoreline, by clients seeking quality and elegance akin to Borsay's earlier Balatonlelle project, dividing the 0.7-hectare former resort site into five villa volumes along a central axis, preserving mature trees and maximizing lake views. This approach prioritizes human scale and integration with the landscape, offering a contemporary interpretation of lakeside living and a counterpoint to prevailing development trends around Lake Balaton.
