Abstract
Following an introduction to the comparative, constitutional law-focused interdisciplinary research project on legal approaches to operationalizing race, nationality and ethnicity, which is inspired by the lack of legal certainty and inadequate legal definitions, this introduction provides an analytical overview of the articles within the Special Issue.
