Abstract

A tanulmány a duális formában megvalósuló szakképzés speciális formáját, egy ágazati képzőközpont, három vállalat és egy technikum együttműködését mutatja be, különös tekintettel a térségi együttműködést erősítő tényezőkre, a kapcsolódási pontokra, valamint a szervezeti identitásra. A tanulmány célja, hogy bemutassa a tudást közösen közvetítő szervezetek együttműködését a szervezeti identitás elemeinek vizsgálatán keresztül. Az elméleti áttekintést követően a vizsgált szervezetek bemutatása, a kutatás során tett megállapítások és következtetések olvashatók. A kutatás során dokumentumelemzést, valamint interjúkat alkalmaztunk, e módszerek segítségével tárjuk fel az együttműködő szervezetek szabályozását, a közös célokat, feladatokat, értékeket és a kommunikációs formákat. Az eredmények azt mutatják, hogy a kapcsolódási pontok egyben a szervezeti identitás alapjai is, amelyek azonosak az oktatásban résztvevők között: a vállalati/szer‐ vezeti küldetés, a filozófia, a piaci stratégia, a kultúra, a design, a viselkedés, a kommunikáció. Az egyes gazdasági szereplőknek és a technikumnak e területek mentén kell kialakítaniuk az együttműködés alapjául szolgáló közös szervezeti identitást. A feladat adott: a közös értékrend, a tiszta kommunikáció és a közös cél megfogalmazása. A térség gazdasági eredményességéhez, hatékonyságához az oktatáson, a duális képzésen keresztül vezet az út, és a munkavállalók képzése közös cél. A hatékonysághoz, az eredményességhez elengedhetetlen a közös gondolkodáson, a közös értékrenden alapuló együttműködés, a vezetők személyisége és motivációja, valamint a tiszta kommunikáció. | The study presents a special form of dual vocational training, the cooperation between a sectoral training centre and a technical college, with special emphasis on the factors that strengthen the regional cooperation, the interfaces and the forms of organisational identity. The purpose of the study is to present the cooperation of organizations sharing knowledge, through the examination of the elements of organizational identity. Following the theoretical overview, the presentation of the organisations under study, the findings and conclusions of the research are presented. The methods used in the research were document analysis, survey and interview, through which the regulation of the cooperating organisations, common goals, tasks, values and forms of communication are explored. The results show that the connection points are also the manifestations of the organizational identity, which are same among the participants in the study: corporate/organizational mission, philosophy and market strategy, culture, design, behaviour, and communication. It is along these lines that the individual economic actors and the school must develop a common organisational identity on which to base their cooperation. The task is given, and a shared set of values, clear communication and a common purpose will help to achieve it. The way to economic efficiency and effectiveness of the region is leads through education and dual training. The training of the employees is a common goal. Cooperation based on shared thinking, shared values, the personality and motivation of the leader and clear communication are essential for efficiency and effectiveness.
