Abstract
The 'State on the Market – CJEU' database was created as part of a three-year individual research project entitled 'Competitive Market vs. Crisis Management? Regulatory Challenges in the European Union’, hosted by the University of Debrecen and funded by the János Bolyai Research Scholarship of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. The database contains cases of the Court of Justice of the European Union (hereinafter CJEU) from 2000 to 2024, in which the CJEU examines the compliance of Member State measures relating to the provision of services of general economic interest (SGEIs) with EU law.
