Abstract

A tanulmány rövid áttekintést ad az összbüntetési eljárás szabályozásáról az 1896. évi XXXIII. törvénycikk a bűnvádi perrendtartásról napjainkig, elsősorban az eljárás megindítására vonatkozó szabályozásra fókuszálva. Majd a 6/2024. Jogegységi határozattal összefüggésben a hangsúly az indítványra, annak egységes megítélésére helyeződik át. | The study provides a brief overview of the regulation of the cumulative sentencing procedure from Act XXXIII of 1896 on Criminal Procedure to the present day, focusing primarily on the rules governing the initiation of the procedure. It then shifts its emphasis to the motion and its uniform interpretation in connection with Uniformity Decision No. 6/2024.
