Abstract

A gyermekvédelemről való gondolkodás a gyerekkép átgondolásával kezdődik. A hitkérdések terén ez elsősorban azt jelenti, hogy minden gyerek védelméhez hozzátartozik istenkapcsolatának védelme is, amely az istenképűségből fakadó méltóság felismeréséből fakad. A Biblia többek között azzal tesz tanúságot erről, hogy a Megváltó is egészen gyerekként élt e földön. Ez a tanulmány az evangélikus teológiai hagyományból kiindulva kínál szempontokat a gyerekkép átgondolásához. | Child protection begins with reflecting on and rethinking one’s image of children. In matters of faith, this involves the protection of children’s relationship with God which stems from the recognition of their dignity based on being made in the image of God. The Bible bears witness to this, among other things, by the fact that Jesus himself lived as a child. This study offers perspectives from the Lutheran theological tradition for rethinking our image of the child.
