Abstract

A blokklánc-technológia egyre fontosabb szerepet tölt be a nagyvállalati digitális transzformációban, különösen a logisztika, az adminisztráció, a tranzakcióbiztonság és az ügyfélkapcsolatok terén. A cikk célja annak feltárása, hogy a blokklánc alkalmazása milyen mértékben járul hozzá az európai nagyvállalatok működési hatékonysága és költségcsökkentése javításához. Empirikus alapját 27, az Európai Bizottság hivatalos besorolása szerint a nagyvállalat kategóriának megfelelő vállalat strukturált kérdőíves válaszai képezik. Az elemzés elméleti hátterét a technológiai, szervezeti, környezeti (technology-organisation-environment – TOE) keretrendszer képezi. Az értékelés a PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling)-modell és leíró statisztika segítségével történt. Az eredmények alapján a logisztikai hatékonyság javulása erősen alátámasztott, míg az adminisztrációs költségek csökkenése és a biztonság növekedése elsősorban közvetett mechanizmusokon (adatintegritás, ügyfélbizalom) keresztül érvényesül. A CRM-rendszerek (Customs Relations Management – ügyfélkapcsolati menedzsment) hatékonyságát szintén a bizalom közvetíti. A blokklánc tehát nem csupán technológiai innovációként, hanem stratégiai vállalati erőforrásként értelmezhető. A cikk hozzájárul a technológia rendszerszintű vállalati integrációjának mélyebb megértéséhez. | Blockchain technology is playing an increasingly important role in the digital transformation of large enterprises, particularly in areas such as logistics, administration, transaction security, and customer relations. This article aims to explore the extent to which the use of blockchain contributes to improving the operational efficiency and cost reduction of large European companies. The empirical basis is provided by structured questionnaire responses from 27 companies classified as large enterprises according to the European Commission’s official classification. The theoretical background for the analysis is the technology-organisation-environment (TOE) framework. The evaluation was carried out using the PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling) model and descriptive statistics. Based on the results, the improvement in logistics efficiency is strongly supported. At the same time, the reduction in administrative costs and the increase in security are primarily achieved through indirect mechanisms (data integrity, customer trust). The effectiveness of CRM systems is also mediated by trust. Blockchain can therefore be interpreted not only as a technological innovation, but also as a strategic corporate resource. The article contributes to a deeper understanding of the systemic integration of technology into companies.
