Abstract

A tanulmányban először az iskolai erőszak Dél-Koreában megfigyelhető jelzőszámai, valamint a megelőzést és a kezelést célzó kormányzati intézkedések kerülnek ismertetésre. Ezt követően kerül sor a helyreállító igazságszolgáltatás szemléletének, majd koreai alkalmazásának bemutatására. A cikk végül annak az interjús terepmunkának a fő tapasztalatait közli, amelyre általános iskolai és középiskolai tanárok, civil szervezeti képviselők, valamint oktatáskutatók bevonásával került sor Dél-Koreában 2024-ben. A kvalitatív kutatás alapján azonosítom azokat a tényezőket, amelyek megnehezítik a helyreállító szemlélet elterjedését az oktatásban. | In this study, the author first describes the indicators of school violence in South-Korea, as well as the government policies aimed at its prevention and treatment. He then introduces the restorative justice approach in schools and its application in the country. Finally, the paper presents the main findings of a field study of interviews conducted in South-Korea with primary and secondary school teachers, NGO representatives and education researchers in 2024. Based on this qualitative research, the author identifies the factors that hinder the adoption and spread of restorative justice in Korean schools.
