Abstract

A compliance funkció körüli fokozott érdeklődés miatt indokolt megvizsgálni annak létjogosultságát, hogy a compliance-re önálló diszciplínaként tekintsünk. Ennek megítéléséhez elsődlegesen a compliance fejlődését befolyásoló főbb tényezőket, a compliance főbb tartalmi elemeit, valamint egyes tudományágakhoz való viszonyát volt szükséges számba venni. A tanulmány a főbb ok-okozati összefüggéseket szintetizálja, a compliance jogtudományhoz való kapcsolódását elemzi, illetve további kutatási lehetőségeket jelöl ki. | Due to the increased interest in the compliance function, examining the raison d'être of considering compliance as an independent discipline is justified. In order to assess this, it was primarily necessary to take into account the main factors influencing the development of compliance, the main content elements of compliance, as well as its relation to certain disciplines. The study synthesises the main causal relationships, analyses the connection of compliance to jurisprudence, and identifies further research opportunities.
