Abstract

A tehetségek személyes világa szinte bizonyos, hogy magában hordozza a lehető legjobb eredmények elérésének célkitűzését, s ehhez igazodóan a kitartó, elmélyült, hosszabb távon is a legteljesebb megoldások megtalálásának reménységét. Mindez alapvetően segítséget nyújt a feladatokban való minőségi helytállás során, ám okozhat fokozott lelki megterhelést is, szorongással és akár a kimerülés megélésével. Jelen tanulmány a tanítói pályára készülve tekint a témára, s a tehetségsegítés vonatkozásait e vívódások oldásának lehetőségeivel gondolja át. | A perfekcionizmus mögött rejlő gyermek (The child behind perfectionism). The personal world of talented individuals almost certainly includes the goal of achieving the best possible results and, in line with this, the hope of finding the most complete solutions in the long term through perseverance and deep concentration. All this basically helps them to perform well in their tasks, but it can also cause increased mental stress, anxiety, and even exhaustion. This study looks at the topic from the perspective of preparing for a teaching career and considers the possibilities for resolving these conflicts in relation to supporting talent.
