Abstract
This article delves into the issue of new minorities within the Polish legal system. It thoroughly examines the provisions of the 1997 constitution and the 2005 statute, drawing attention to the restrictive nature of the Polish law in this regard. The author argues that the current legal framework only acknowledges and grants minority rights to specific groups that meet predetermined criteria, creating a barrier for newly emerging minority communities.
