Abstract

Korunk legfontosabb témái közül (automatizáció, a demográfia, az oktatás, a munkaerőpiac és a migráció) az idősödő társadalom és az automatizáció szimbiózisának a perspektívája lesz egyre inkább időszerű. Egyrészt be kell azonosítani a szükséges történelmi trendeket, másrészt a várható munkaerőpiaci szükségleteket is igyekezni kell előre jelezni, amelyek mind már abba az irányba mutatnak, hogy egy „posztreneszánsz polihisztorok”-ra épülő új gazdasági-társadalmi modell felé kell elmozdulni, hiszen paradimaváltás előtt áll a világ az idősödés és a technológiai szingularitás (mesterséges intelligencia) okán, különösen annak fényében, hogy jelenleg is a GDP 80%-át rohamosan idősödő társadalmak állítják elő globálisan és a történelmi mércével is elképesztő léptékben szárnyaló Kína is már egy „szuperöregedő” társadalom. Ez felveti azt is, hogy a jelenlegi oktatást is gyökeresen át kell alakítani, illetve a munka és a tőke közötti kapcsolatot, illetve az állam és az egyén kapcsolatát (szabadság) is újra kell értékelni, különösen a társadalmi fenntarthatóság és béke érdekében, beazonosítva a „robotbiztos”, versenyképes és biztonságos emberi munkaköröket (lásd: „lilagalléros” munkaerő megjelenése) és az ahhoz szükséges képzéseket a klasszikus, 20. század második felében kialakult középosztály és életszínvonal fennmaradása érdekében. | Among the most important issues of our time (automation, demography, education, labour market and migration), the perspective of the symbiosis of an ageing society and automation is becoming increasingly topical. On the one hand, it is necessary to identify the relevant historical trends and, on the other hand, to anticipate the expected labour market needs, all of which are already pointing in the direction of a new socio-economic model based on “post-Renaissance polymaths”, as the world is facing a paradigm shift due to ageing and technological singularity due to artificial intelligence, especially in the light of the fact that rapidly ageing societies had and are still up to today already producing 80% of GDP globally – and China, which is soaring at an astonishing rate even by historical perspective, is already a “super-aging” society, too. This also raises the need to radically transform current education and to re-evaluate the current relationship between work and capital as well as state and individuals (freedom), especially for social sustainability and peace, by identifying “robot-proof”, competitive and safe human jobs (see: the advent of the „purple-collar” labor force) and the foreseeable training and skills needed to maintain the classical middle class and living standards of the second half of the 20th century.
