Abstract

Jelen tanulmány egy adott iskolában – a Hamvas Béla Gimnáziumban – megvalósultprogramok tapasztalatai alapján arra a kérdésre keresi a választ, hogy mi teheti hatékonyabbá, vagy akár eredményesebbé a természettudományos, azon belül a biológiarészterület tehetséggondozását. A cikk két fő részből épül fel. Az elméleti háttér igyekszikbemutatni az elmúlt 50 évben tapasztalható természettudományokat érintő változásokategészen napjainkig a tehetséggondozást érintő kérdések szempontjából. A vizsgálatirészben megjelenő elemzés, pedig azt mutatja be, hogy mi befolyásolja a természettudományos tantárgyak kedvelését, azaz, hogy befolyásolja a diákok biológia irántiérdeklődését a tehetséggondozás, valamint, hogy milyen módon tudják segíteni atehetségek kibontakoztatását a fejlesztő-differenciáló módszerek? Emellett cél atermészettudományos tantárgyakat tanító helyi és környékbeli kollégák tehetség-diagnosztikai és gondozási lehetőségeinek a felmérése. A saját összeállítású kérdőívenalapuló vizsgálatban a Hamvas Béla Gimnázium és a társgimnáziumok természettudományos területen oktató kollégái vettek részt (n=36). | This study seeks to explore the factors that can enhance the effectiveness and success of talent development in the natural sciences—specifically in the field of biology—based on the experiences of various programs implemented at Hamvas Béla Secondary Grammar School. The paper consists of two main parts. The theoretical section outlines the changes in science education over the past fifty years, with a particular focus on talent development. The empirical section presents an analysis of how talent development initiatives influence students' interest in biology and other science subjects, and what factors affect their enjoyment of these disciplines. The study also investigates the role of developmental and differentiated teaching methods in nurturing scientific talent. An additional objective is to assess the talent identification and development practices among science teachers working locally and in nearby schools. The research is based on a selfconstructed questionnaire completed by 36 science educators from Hamvas Béla Secondary Grammar School and its partner institutions.
