Abstract

A fordított osztályterem (flipped classroom) modellje az elmúlt két évtized egyik legfontosabb módszertani innovációját jelenti. Lényege, hogy az elméleti előadások a tantermen kívül zajlanak, míg az órán eltöltött időt aktív, együttműködésen alapuló és kreatív tanulásra használják fel. A tanulmány elemzi a koncepció történeti fejlődését az első kísérletektől kezdve egészen a modern pedagógiai gyakorlatban, az iskolákban és az egyetemeken való meghonosodásáig. Bemutatja a tanárok és a diákok új szerepeit, a digitális és módszertani kompetenciák szükségességét, valamint a differenciálással,motivációval és a műszaki háttérrel kapcsolatos kihívásokat. Kiemeli a tanárok rendszerszintű támogatásának fontosságát, valamint a diákok aktív bevonását az önszabályozás és a digitális írástudás révén. A fordított osztályterem modellje így a 21.századi oktatás hatékony és fenntartható megközelítéseként jelenik meg. | The flipped classroom model represents one of the most important didactic innovations of the past two decades. Its essence is that theoretical lectures take place outside the classroom, while class time is used for active, collaborative, and creative learning. The study analyses the historical development of the concept from the first experiments to its establishment in modern pedagogical practice in schools and universities. It presents the new roles of teachers and students, the need for digital and pedagogical competences, and the challenges related to differentiation, motivation, and technical background. The importance of systemic teacher support and the active involvement of students through self-regulation and digital literacy are highlighted. The flipped classroom model thus emerges as an effective and sustainable approach to education in the context of the 21st century.
