Abstract

A különböző generációkba tartozó tűzoltók élethosszig tartó tanulással kapcsolatos motivációs faktoraira fókuszáló tanulmány két fő témakörre osttható. Az első egy, a témába vágó szakriodalomkutatást mutat be, amely eredménye az, hogy a Google Tudós adatbázisban vizsgált (2018-2025 között megjelent) 6700 publikáció közül egy sem foglalkozik a tűzoltók élethosszig tartó tanulása témakörrel. A másik vizsgálatban 10 tűzoltóval folytatott interjú történt meg, melyek tapasztalatairól található összefoglaló a cikkben. | This study, focusing on the motivational factors of firefighters of different generations related to lifelong learning, can be divided into two main topics. The first presents a specialized research on the topic, the result of which is that out of 6700 publications examined in the Google Scholar database (published between 2018-2025), not one deals with the topic of lifelong learning for firefighters. The other study involved interviews with 10 firefighters. Experiences are summarized in the article.
