Abstract

A tanulmány célja, hogy kutassa, hogyan alkalmazható a kooperatív csoportmunka elve a felsőoktatásban, szemináriumi foglalkozások alkalmával, figyelembe véve a háború következtében tapasztalható kihívásokat. A tanulmány a szakirodalom alapján áttekinti az orosz–ukrán háború nyomán a felsőoktatásban bekövetkezett változásokat. Ezt követően a kooperatív csoportmunka felsőoktatásban való alkalmazásának okát és lehetőségét vizsgálja. A kutatás elméleti hátterét a távoktatás és a háború nyomán keletkező kihívássorozatot elemző szakirodalom áttekintése jelenti. Ukrajnában 2022-ben az oktatás elsősorban távoktatásban, egyes esetekben hibrid oktatási forma keretében valósult meg. Ennek következtében a szakirodalomban a távoktatás tapasztalatait vizsgáltam. Különösen a háború pszichológiai hatása, a kreativitás és az alternatív oktatási módszerek alkalmazásának jelét kerestem az ukrán nyelvű szakirodalomban. A magyar nyelvű szakirodalomban a háború társadalmi következményei és az oktatási folyamatban bekövetkező változások jelentek meg. A kutatás módszertanát tekintve a deduktív módszer kerül előtérbe. Ide tartozik a forráskutatás, forráskritika és a tartalomelemzés. A tanulmány következtetése, hogy kihívással tűzdelt időszakban annak megfelelő tanulásszervezés szükséges. Ez nemcsak az órarend, tanórák közötti szünetekkel, hanem a szemináriumi foglalkozáson alkalmazott módszerek vonatkozásában is megvalósítható. Egyéni munka helyett csoportmunka, projektmunka és kooperatív csoportmunka is ajánlott lehet. Ezek közül a kooperatív csoportmunka megvalósításáról esik szó. Fontos a diákok közötti együttműködés, párbeszéd, a csoporttárs véleményének meghallgatása, hiszen ezek a tapasztalatok hasznosak lehetnek a szakmai gyakorlat és a munkaerőpiacon való elhelyezkedés során. A kutatás eredetisége abban rejlik, hogy a kooperatív csoportmunka háború idején való alkalmazásának lehetőségét vizsgálja. | The aim of the study is to explore how the principle of cooperative teamwork can be applied in higher education, in the context of seminar sessions, taking into account the challenges of war. Drawing on the literature, the paper reviews the changes in higher education in the wake of the all-out Russo-Ukrainian war. It then examines the rationale and potential for the use of cooperative group work in higher education. The theoretical background to the research is provided by a review of the literature analysing distance education and the series of challenges it poses in the wake of the war. In Ukraine in 2022, education was mainly delivered through distance learning, and in some cases through hybrid education. As a consequence, I have examined the experience of distance education in the literature. In particular, I searched for signs of the psychological impact of war, creativity and the use of alternative teaching methods in the Ukrainian-language literature. In the Hungarianlanguage literature, the social consequences of the war and changes in the educational process were discussed. In terms of research methodology, the deductive method was used. This includes source research, source criticism and content analysis. The conclusion of the study is that in a challenging period, appropriate organisation of study processes is necessary. This can be done not only with timetables and breaks between lessons, but also in the way methods are applied in the seminar sessions. Group work, project work and cooperative group work may be recommended instead of individual work. From these, the implementation of cooperative group work is discussed. Cooperation and dialogue are important between students, and listening to the opinion of a group partner can be useful experiences during internships and employment. The originality of the research lies in the possibility of using cooperative group work in wartime.
