Abstract

A kutatás célja a centralizált és decentralizált sportirányítási modellek szervezeti, kulturális és fejlesztési hatásainak vizsgálata a magyar és erdélyi jégkorong-utánpótlás akadémiák példáján keresztül. A vizsgálat kvalitatív módszerekkel, interjúk alapján, tematikus elemzési technika segítségével értékeli a finanszírozási mechanizmusokat és döntéshozatali folyamatokat. Az eredmények szerint a centralizált modell egységes szakmai irányítást és erőforrás-konszolidációt biztosít, míg a decentralizált rendszer nagyobb autonómiát és adaptivitást kínál, de forrás-elosztási egyenlőtlenségeket eredményezhet. A kutatási eredmények alapján arra következtethetünk, hogy egy nemzeti szintű draft-rendszer bevezetése segíthet az utánpótlás igazságosabb elosztásában. Az edző- és szakemberképzés fejlesztése pedig kulcsfontosságú a szakmai színvonal növeléséhez és a fenntartható fejlődéshez. | The study aims to examine the organizational, cultural, and developmental impacts of centralized and decentralized sports governance models through the examples of Hungarian and Transylvanian ice hockey youth academies. The research employs qualitative methods, utilizing interviews and thematic analysis approach to assess funding mechanisms and decision-making processes. The findings indicate that the centralized model ensures uniform professional management and resource consolidation, while the decentralized system offers greater autonomy and adaptability but may lead to inequalities in resource allocation. The findings suggest that the introduction of a national draft system could help achieve a more equitable distribution of youth players. In addition to this, the development of coaching and professional training is crucial for improving the professional standards and ensuring sustainable growth.
