Abstract

A labdarúgás vezető szerepe a sportban nehezen kérdőjelezhető meg, igaz ez a nemzeti és nemzetközi bajnoki és kupameccsekre is. Mind a kettő egész éven át tart, a kettő között az egyik legjelentősebb különbség, hogy a bajnokságokban a csapatok több mérkőzést játszanak, van hibázási lehetőség, míg egy kupamérkőzésen elszenvedett egyetlen vereség már a kiesést okozza a kupából. Ezért is kiemelten fontos, hogy igazságos legyen a résztvevők névsora, amely az igazságos végeredmény megszületésének egyik feltétele. Azaz a kupasorozat versenykiírásának is az igazságosságon kell alapulnia. A kutatás egy nemzeti kupaszezonnal, a labdarúgó Magyar Kupával kapcsolatos igazságosságokat mutatja be. Ehhez különböző igazságosságelméleteket hívtam segítségül: az evolucionista felfogástól, Arisztotelész kiválóságalapú megkülönböztetésén és a meritokrácián át az egalitarianizmusig, utóbbi a méltányosság és hendikep kérdéskörét is tartalmazza. A lényeg, hogy adott elem vizsgálatánál az igazságosság-elméletek alkalmazásának összhangban kell lenniük a versenysport és a labdarúgó Magyar Kupa téloszával, azaz céljával és lényegi természetével, mint kizáró kritérium. A tanulmány az igazságosság-elméletek szakirodalmi feldolgozása mellett dokumentumelemzésként a labdarúgó Magyar Kupa versenykiírását is vizsgálja a 2021/2022-es versenyszezonra vonatkoztatva. Emellett félig strukturált interjúra is épül a kutatás. Megállapíthatjuk: több igazságosság-elmélet is megjelenik a labdarúgó Magyar Kupa téloszának megfelelően, így a résztvevők névsora is lehet igazságos, csak attól függ, melyik igazságosság-elméletet alkalmazzuk és miért van létjogosultságuk? Az igazságosság-elméletek jelentősége a gyakorlatban is beigazolódott, amikor a labdarúgó Magyar Kupa versenykiírása kihirdetésre került, mert több télosz-kompatibilis igazságosság-elméletet is alkalmaztak a szervezők. A téma tovább gondolásaként vizsgálni lehet további igazságosság-elméleteket, vagy más nemzeti vagy nemzetközi labdarúgó és más sportági kupák vagy bajnokságok versenykiírásainak igazságosságait. | The leading role of football in sports can hardly be questioned. This is also true for national and international league and cup matches. Both take place all year round. One of the most significant differences between the two cases is that teams play more matches in leagues – if you lose on one occasion, next time you can correct it, while a single defeat in a cup match causes elimination from the cup. That is why it is extremely important that the list of participants should be just. These are all conditions for the birth of a just final result. In other words, the competition announcement of the cup series must also be based on justice. The research presents justices related to the Hungarian Football Cup. To do this, I called upon various theories of justice: from the evolutionary view, through Aristotle’s distinction based on the excellence, through meritocracy to egalitarianism – the latter also includes the issue of fairness and handicap. The point is that when examining a factor, the application of the theories of justice must be in accordance with the telos of the competitive sport and of the Hungarian Football Cup, that is with its essential nature as an exclusionary criterion. Besides processing the literature of the theories of justice, the study also examines the competition announcement of the Hungarian National Football Cup 2021/2022 competition season as a document analysis. In addition, the research is based on a semi-structured interview as well. We can state that several theories of justice appear in accordance with the Hungarian National Football Cup’s telos – so the list of participants can be just; it depends only on which theory of justice is applied and why they have the right to exist. When the competition of the Hungarian Football Cup was announced, the importance of the theories of justice has also been confirmed in practice, because the organizers used several telos-compatible justice theories. As future research of the topic, further theories of justice can be examined, or the justice of the competition announcements of other national or international football as well as other sports’ cups or championships can be studied.
