Abstract

A tanulmány Jair Bolsonaro kormányának (2019–2022) oktatáspolitikáját tárgyalja, amely a neoliberális ellenreformok koncepcióján alapult, és neofasiszta típusú cselekvési elvekkel egészült ki. Bemutatjuk a szóban forgó brazíliai politikákat, és bíráljuk az 1988-as alkotmány elfogadása óta elért demokratikus vívmányokra gyakorolt negatív hatásukat. Arra a következtetésre jutunk, hogy az ebben az időszakban bekövetkezett visszaesések a világ számos más országában érvényre jutó, magánérdekeket morális célokkal ötvöző szélsőjobboldali oktatáspolitikák szélesebb körébe illeszkednek. | This article examines the educational policies implemented by the government of Jair Bolsonaro (2019–2022) in Brazil, understood through the lens of neoliberal counter-reforms combined with principles of action rooted in neofascist ideology. It provides an overview of these policies and offers a critical analysis of their harmful impact on the democratic gains achieved since the enactment of the 1988 Constitution. We conclude that the setbacks experienced during this period are part of a broader trend of far-right educational policies worldwide, which merge private interests with moralizing agendas.
