Abstract

Jelen írás a „Tradíció és innováció. Szakképzés, szakmai pedagógusképzés és a fenntartható jövő – 30 éves a szakmai tanárképzés Sopronban” konferencián 2023. szeptember 28-án elhangzott előadás alapján készült. A fejlődéstörténeti elemzés célja, hogy napjainkszakképzés-fejlesztésével foglalkozók számára is érzékeltesse, s ezzel ösztönzést adjon amai kezdeményezéseknek, érzékeltetve azt, hogy a szakmai tanárképzés jelentős innovációs potenciállal és számottevő stabilizáló szereppel bír. A hazai szakmai tanárképzés történeti kezdeteire, mint lényeges kiindulópont alapozott a 2019-ben kezdődött kutatás, melya múlt és jelen kapcsolódásában rejlő szakmai determinációkat kívánja érzékeltetni. Lényeges előzménynek tekinthető, s ez a mai törekvések számára ösztönzést jelenthetnek,hogy a 19. század utolsó negyedében a magyar szakképzési rendszer a világ élvonalábanvolt. Az előadás alapján készült tanulmány, kapcsolódva a konferencia alaptémájához, anagyívű fejlődéstörténet keretei között a szakmai tanárképzés múltbéli és jelenkori szerepének elemzésére vállalkozott, inspirációt nyújtva további a pedagógusképzés korszerűsítéséhez kapcsolódó téma mélyebb összefüggéseit elemző kutatásoknak. | This paper is about “Tradition and innovation. Vocational training, professional teacher training and the sustainable future – 30 years of professional teacher training in Sopron” and was prepared based on a September 28, 2023, presentation. The historical development analysis aims to clarify the situation for those involved in today’s vocational training development. It thus incentivizes today’s initiatives, showing that professional teacher training has significant innovation potential and a stabilizing role. The research started in 2019 was based on the historical beginnings of professional teacher training in Hungary as an essential starting point, which aims to convey the professional determinations inherent in the connection between the past and the present. It is a significant precedent, which can be an incentive for today’s aspirations, that in the last quarter of the 19th century, the Hungarian vocational training system was at the forefront of the world. The study based on the presentation, linked to the basic theme of the conference, undertook to analyze the past and present role of professional teacher training within the framework of the broad history of development, inspiring further research analyzing the deeper connections of the topic related to the modernization of teacher training.
