Abstract

A lübecki évek egyházzenei kompozíciói Hugo Distler életében című monográfia szerzője bemutatja Distler Lübeckben töltött éveit, elemzi az ott komponált főbb kompozícióit, azok keletkezését, továbbá ismerteti a régi korok nagy mesterein alapuló új, polifon vokális műfaj ismertetőjegyeit. A szerző bemutatja a Choralpassion opus hangközszimbolikáját, továbbá a deklamációs stílus és a linearitás jelenségeit Hugo Distler zenéjében. | The author of the monograph Church Music Compositions of the Lübeck Years in the Life of Hugo Distler presents Distler's years in Lübeck, analyses the main compositions composed there, their genesis, and presents the characteristics of a new, polyphonic vocal style rooted in the traditions of earlier masters. The author presents the interval symbolism of the Choralpassion opus, as well as the declamation style and linearity in Hugo Distler's music.
