Abstract

A pedagógusok motivációit kutatom. Miért lesz valaki tanár, tanító vagy óvónő? Miért nem hagyja el a pályát még akkor sem, ha a körülmények nem kedvezőek? Mi az a pont, amikor mégis felmond és új munkát keres? Mennyi fizetéssel lenne elégedett? Mi okozza a legnagyobb problémát a munkája során? Ezeket és ezekhez hasonló kérdéseket tettem fel több mint 500 pedagógusnak, válaszokat keresve. | I am researching the motivations of educators. Why does one become a teacher, an early childhood educator or a kindergarten teacher? Why do they not leave this field even when the conditions are less than favourable? When will it be so bad that they quit and find another profession? What is a salary that would be satisfying for them? What are the difficulties they have to face during work? I asked more than 500 educators questions like these and more, looking for answers.
