Abstract

A Károli Gáspár Református Egyetem Bölcsészet- és Társadalomtudományi Karán működő Családszociológiai Kutatócsoport a Kooperatív Doktori Program Család a társadalomban című alprogramjának keretében nagy érdeklődés mellett Változó szülői szerepek a mai Magyarországon – interdiszciplináris és civil szervezeti megközelítésben címmel 2025. október 29-én konferenciát rendezett a Károlyi-Csekonics Palota Szivarszobájában.A konferencián interdiszciplináris megközelítésben mutattuk be a szülői szerepek változásait és létező változatait, valamint 21. századi kihívásait. Az első szekcióban családszociológiai előadások hangzottak el, a másodikban a társtudományok (demográfia, jog, szociális munka és pszichológia)képviselői mutatták be, miként jelennek meg a szülői szerepek változásai saját kutatási területükön. Ezt követően kerekasztal-beszélgetés formájában családokkal foglalkozó egyházi és civil szervezetek képviselőivel vitattuk meg a kérdést. A tanulmány a konferencián elhangzott előadások és a kerekasztal-beszélgetésen megfogalmazott gondolatok összefoglalását tartalmazza. | The Family Sociology Research Group at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary hosted a conference on 29 October 2025, titled Changing Parental Roles in Contemporary Hungary: An Interdisciplinary and Civil Society Approach. The conference was part of the subprogram Family in Society of the Cooperative Doctoral Program and attracted considerable interest. At the conference, we presented an interdisciplinary approach to the changes and existing variations in parental roles, as well as the challenges of the 21st century. The first section featured presentations on family sociology, while the second section featured representatives of related disciplines (demography, law, social work, and psychology) who presented how changes in parental roles manifest in their respective fields of research. This was followed by a roundtable discussion with representatives of church and civil society organisations working with families. The study contains the summary of the conference presentations and the roundtable discussion
