Abstract

A tanulmány a munkaerő adózási szabályainak változását mutatja be Magyarországon egy intenzív jogszabályalkotási korszakban, 2010 és a 2019 között. Az elemzés egyszerre foglalkozik a Magyarországon történt jogszabályi változásokkal, illetve azok gazdaságstatisztikai hatásaival, európai uniós összevetésben is. A tanulmány igazolja, hogy az elemzett évtizedben Magyarországon mérhető átrendeződés ment végbe. A foglalkoztatás nőtt, mind általánosan, mind pedig bizonyos társadalmi csoportok esetében, mint a fiatalok és az idősek. A foglalkoztatást érintő személyi jövedelemadózási közterhek csökkentek, a csökkenés mértéke az adott időszakban magasabb volt, mint az uniós átlag. Ennek jogi szabályozási hátterének bemutatása, gazdasági hatásaival egyetemben a tanulmány fő unikuma. | The study presents changes in labour taxation rules in Hungary between 2010 and 2019, during an intense period of legislative activity. The analysis deals with both the legislative changes that took place in Hungary and their economic-statistical impact on the economy, also in comparison with the European Union. The study confirms that a measurable restructuring took place in Hungary during the decade analyzed. Employment increased, both in general and among certain social groups, such as young people and the elderly. Personal income tax burdens affecting employment decreased, with the rate of decrease higher than the EU average during the period in question. The presentation of the legal regulatory background and its economic impact is one of the main unique features of the study.
